The Home and Garden Show 2016!

Hey guys! I live in Cleveland and every year at a convention center in my area they put on The Home and Garden show. I have never been before so I wanted to check it out. I went online to see what it was all about. It essentially had different displays of home décor, DIY, home improvement, and gardening. I was interested in seeing what it was all about so my Mom and I bought tickets.

When we walked in it felt like we were in a bazzar. There were booths full of home décor, scarves, jewelry, ponchos, books, candles and many other things! Eveything was so reasonably priced as well which was an added bonus. My mom bought a garden decoration that was made of beads and bells. I purchased some books, a gorgeous poncho and some crystal necklaces! If you want to see pictures of my items check out my Instagram!

We then made our way to the Home Improvement section. We weren't really interested in anything but we walked through and saw tons of displays for siding, flooring, mattresses and kitchens. Everything was set up so beautiful.

The next section was gardening. My Mom is a gardener so this was our favorite. She bought some Primrose plants from a local greenhouse. Different greenhouses had displays of their products and landscaping. It was cool because they put down real mulch and plants. Some displays even had real patios.

Off to the side of the convention center was a seperate part. When we walked in we were greeted by the sweet smell of flowers and water. Local landscaping companies made displays with themes to show what they could do. One theme was wedding while another was Fourth of July. They had fountains, beautiful Hydrangeas and so much more. We walked through all the displays. There was even a wedding dress made of flowers. I got some decorating ideas for my future home!

We left that section and headed to the food section. There were rows of food stations and food trucks. We got a hotdog and frozen yogurt which were delicious!

After we ate we headed to the back of the center where 3 full scale houses were built and fully decorated. We walked through them and they were beautiful! They each were themed. One had a farmhouse theme while another was a contemporary family home with bright colored furniture and a theater system. They were so beautiful.

We had so much fun and got a lot of great gardening and decorating ideas. My Mom and I decided we would go every year on Super Bowl Sunday as a new tradition.

Make sure to check out the picture slideshow above and also my Instagram for even more pictures!

Let me know if you have ever been to something like this!
